Retention
Account and session-related data is retained while the account remains active and for a reasonable period needed for operational, security, entitlement, and support purposes unless deletion is requested or legal retention is required.
Website access sessions
When a user signs in to the companion video-access website, the browser stores a signed website access token in local storage so protected video pages can remain available on that browser until the token expires, the user signs out, or browser storage is cleared.
Deletion and user control
Users can request account deletion from within the app. When an account deletion request is completed, associated app-account data is removed or anonymized as appropriate, except where limited retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or financial record purposes.
Security
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect account and service data. No internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but the service is designed to minimize unnecessary data exposure.
