Users of Process Engineering Interview Q&As can request deletion of their app account and associated data.
How to delete your account in the app
- Log in to the app.
- Open the Profile / Account section.
- Use the Delete Account option and confirm the request.
- Once processed, the app account and associated user data are removed or anonymized as applicable.
What gets deleted
- Login-linked app account data.
- Session and favorites data associated with the account, subject to operational or legal retention limits.
- Feedback and usage data, where deletion is technically and legally appropriate.
What may be retained for a limited period
- Security, fraud-prevention, or abuse-prevention records.
- Financial or purchase-verification records required for compliance or dispute handling.
- Minimal logs required for infrastructure integrity and lawful obligations.
If you cannot access the app
Use the developer support contact listed on the app's Google Play listing and request account deletion for the account email used in the app.
Companion website access
The companion website uses the same app account for login and protected video access. If website access remains visible on a browser after account deletion, signing out or clearing that browser's local storage removes the local website session token.
